Apple and carrot juice is a very healthy drink which provides the pregnant mother with a lot of nutrition. It is also easy to make and can be had after meals or as a light snack.

- Carrots- 2 pieces
- Apples- 2 pieces
- Sugar to taste
- Milk – 1 cup
- Ice cubes- optional

- Put the diced pieces into the mixer with the milk and sugar and blend it to a smooth drink.
- You can also blend some ice cubes and enjoy the refreshing drink.
